This half-day workshop gives you the opportunity to create a human-centred chatbot strategy, along with practical conversation principles and high-level interaction design of your chatbot.

Amelia is the Design Lead for Ambit AI in Auckland, New Zealand. She creates and facilitates co-design workshops with NZ enterprises to help them design conversational user experiences (chatbots), and leads the design of Ambit's conversational-AI platform. Before Ambit, she worked for enterprises Spark New Zealand and Wynyard Group as a UX Designer.
