It's time for New Zealand to bring home the Cup, the Creative Business Cup!
Join us for the launch of Creative Business Cup New Zealand a competition to find and celebrate New Zealand's best creative startups and the entrepreneurs that make them tick.
Creative Business Cup New Zealand is a dynamic new platform to support creative businesses to scale up and connect with investors and global markets. Find out about the national pitching competition and the opportunity for the winner to attend the Creative Business Cup finals in Copenhagen, Denmark in November during Global Entrepreneurship Week.
Why creative startups?
The creative industries are catalysts of creativity and innovation. In New Zealand they contribute 3.5 billion to the local economy according to a report prepared by PwC for WeCreate.org.nz. Often combining artistic, business and technological creativity they trigger exciting new ideas and enhance the value of products, services, and processes across many industries. Where there is creativity there is innovation and opportunity for entrepreneurship.
Creative Business Cup NZ welcomes entrepreneurs from the following sectors to participate in the competition and attend the launch:
Advertising, Experiences technologies, Architecture, Music, Craft & Artisan, Performing Arts, Design, Publishing, Fashion, Radio & Television, Film, Video, & Photography, AR/VR, Computer Games, Software, Gastronomy, 3D printing, Wearables, Leisure Activities, Toys & Games
