The former head of strategic planning at globally top-ranked advertising agency Colenso BBDO, James has worked all over the world with blue-chip companies including Coca Cola, Unilever, Vodafone, Heineken, Fonterra, Levi’s, and Burger King.
More recently, James has led the brand thinking across successful start-ups including Stolen Rum, Simplicity Kiwisaver, Hawker & Roll and Toothcrush
His work has won more than 50 local and international marketing effectiveness awards, and he was named the world’s number 1 brand strategy planner in the 2013 Big Won Report (a global marketing industry publication).
As one of the youngest directors of an accounting and business advisory firm in New Zealand, Niran Iswar has an innovative and new-age approach to business. He started NexGen Group 5 years ago with his brother and the company has seen rapid growth within those years. With his energetic and proactive approach, Niran is always looking at how NexGen customers can improve their performance, adding value rather than simply crunching numbers.
