As each of the attendees will use a different initiative, we will have created a pretty good portfolio to showcase how portfolio and value management can be combined at enterprise level and connect to your strategy and broader outcomes for New Zealand.
Alongside international case studies, New Zealand innovation and government context, we will share end-user tool kits, what pitfalls to look out for and how you might get started in your organisation by using modern technology platforms.
