Dr Kirstine Hulse

GM of Health & Safety

Originally a Chemical and Materials Engineer, Kirstine is the Group People, Performance and Safety Culture Manager for Northpower, based in Auckland. She has a PhD in process optimisation and over 15years experience in high risk industries leading HSQE, HR and Risk functions. She has a keen interest in change facilitation, innovation, and building individuals and organisational capability and was presented with the Transpower Safety Leadership Award in late 2018. She is also on the board of directors for the New Zealand Centre for Gifted Education.
