Each year this important event covers off progress and issues in improving access to digital services and connectivity in Rural Aotearoa/New Zealand. This year we are bringing the full focus back to the sector that this is all about - rural Aotearoa New Zealand. So, we’re going ahead with the inperson event in Hamilton - a bustling city in the middle of one of the most important farming areas in the country.
And while we will still be asking some of the key players to up date us on progress, we really want to talk about the impact of what's being done - addressing what will it deliver, what are the benefits for rural business and communities, and then helping decision makers understand what rural NZ really wants from them.
To help guide the discussion we want to address this simple question: “Are we making the most of the technology we have available to rural NZ today?”
