What's it all about?

“What gets measured gets done.”  “Measure what matters.”  “Use data driven decision making.”  There’s no shortage of great advice about the value of setting goals and monitoring metrics in the world we live in. In the Product Management practice, metrics matter because they lead to better product decisions and help us execute, pivot, and succeed with our product strategies.

Join this session to learn:

-the value of metrics

- best practices for metrics in a product-led business

-a variety of approaches and frameworks for product metrics

-how and when to use what you measure

This session will be a mix of training and hand-on exercises. It’ll be valuable to anyone who has a business to run, a product to manage, or just an interest in the field of product management.

Also: this is part 2 of an awesome series.  You don’t need to attend both to get value, but you should!

See PM Hour of Power 1 info here.

This is a virtual session so you can attend from anywhere!  Information about how to join will be sent via email in advance.
