Southland Youth Futures is offering this exciting opportunity for secondary school teachers and career advisors to see a range of new technologies being used in Southland businesses.
Participating teachers will visit four companies in Invercargill to see and experience a range of applied technologies being used in sectors such as manufacturing (Fi Innovations) and precision agriculture, and to discover how companies are using satellite data. Representatives from each of the companies on the tour will also share information about the range of roles and career opportunities within their sector. Note: This event focuses on practical applications for new technology in Southland, more than on computer hardware or software development.
This community event listing is made possible with the support of NZTech.
