Blair has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, largely focused on insurance in New Zealand, Asia Pacific and the United Kingdom. Most recently, Blair was Managing Director, UK Digital, UK & International with Aviva Group, and prior to that, was Executive General Manager, Wealth and Insurance at ASB Bank.
Blair brings extensive international experience to Tower’s business, with a proven global track record in large-scale digital and data innovation, and delivering disruptive, customer-focused models.
Miles has more than 25 years of commercial experience in the IT industry, and a deep passion for technology and all things digital that has seen his areas of expertise grow to include strategic IT and business planning, digital strategy and innovation, and technology/digital transformation.
Miles has gained industry experience through a variety of positions in sectors from Banking, Retail, Insurance, Financial Services, FMCG, Logistics, Transportation, Education and Government.
Joshua is currently studying a Masters of Data Science at the University of Auckland. After completing a Bachelor of Engineering, Josh turned towards the data sciences. Following his university study, he hopes to work in the insurance industry or as an external business and data consultant.
