A resilient leader, having led large teams for over 18 years. Sarina is proud to lead one of New Zealand’s largest contact centres with a fantastic organisation of more than 900 people across sites in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Her teams are responsible for managing 20 million customer interactions annually over multiple assisted and self-service channels. They are focused on ensuring the customer experience is fast, relevant and connected. Sarina is working to transform the business by implementing the vision of the future by investing in: automation, self service capability, developing digital bankers and becoming a centre of excellence that adds value to the bank.
Personally, Sarina is an avid netball fan, a mother of 2, and is very passionate about giving back to our communities as well as supporting and advocating for a diverse and inclusive culture.
With a career spanning the Asia Pacific Region, Anthony’s worked in technology leadership roles across the High Technology, Biotechnology and Banking & Finance sectors, all focused on the dynamics of customer & staff experience. Currently heading up ANZ Technology’s Operations team in Wellington, when he’s not managing digital experience services & products, cultural transformation or, operations & strategy, you’ll find him brewing beer in his garage or putting meat in his smoker for dinner! Anthony has a Bachelor of Business in Banking & Finance from Victoria University, Wellington.
A customer focused and results driven technologist, Marek is committed to delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. His technology career of 17 years has spanned a number of problem solving technology roles, creating the foundation to his passion for building strong collaborative relationships and continuously raising the bar in personal and team performance.
Marek has a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems, E-Commerce and Multimedia from Victoria University.
When he’s not helping deliver value to ANZ’s customers, Marek can be found riding his bicycles around the roads and trails of Wellington.
