Join Myles McHugh and Tamsin Oliver on a fun and interactive workshop exploring the foundations of Agile. We will cover MVP and why it’s important, do a quick intro to Scrum and most importantly how to develop and harness an Agile Mindset.
This session will help you relate the theory in practical and personal terms. It will show you how you might already be harnessing aspects of an Agile Mindset and how to fully understand and grow this. You will do some fun team activities to pull it all together and see Agile in action.
An energetic agile enthusiast with 16+years experience as a Scrum Master and Agile coach
Myles McHugh is an energetic Agile evangelist who is passionate about developing people, teams and organisations towards high performance and success.
He has over 16 years LEAN experience formally working as a Continuous Improvement Champion and Project Manager and for the past 10 years he has been doing what he loves working as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
Tamsin has a background in Application Support and Training, she has been working with Agile teams for the last three years and is currently a Scrum Master.
Tamsin Oliver has a background in Application Support and Training, she has been working with Agile teams for the last three years. As a Scrum Masters she loves helping teams focus on continuous improvement and truly embracing what it means to have the Agile Mindset.
