GM for Delivery for ANZ’s Personal and Wealth customer segments
With over 20 years’ experience as a digital technologist, Steph has led digital and technology teams across a broad portfolio encompassing digital channels to deliver experiences and services to ANZ’s customers and staff. Steph has depth and breadth in leadership, digital strategy, technology delivery and product & service innovation.
Prior to coming to ANZ, Steph was Managing Director at Digital Arts Network, Auckland; New Zealand’s pre-eminent human-centred Digital Agency. She has worked as a Director at Deloitte Digital, leading their Digital Strategy Practice and developing the local business in New Zealand.
A board member of the NZ Tech Alliance, Steph has experience across multiple sectors and industries (private and public sector) working with large scale businesses in New Zealand and the UK. She has led projects that have won awards for their design, technology and business outcomes including the Best Awards, SXSW, FWA and Axis.
Steph has judged the DINZ Best Awards, spoken at various conferences and mentored at Startup Weekends. She is focused on mentoring and is passionate about making space for women in technology.
Steph has a BCOM degree from AUT in Multimedia and a BA in Psychology and English from University of Auckland.

An intuitive leader, with a focus on “systems thinking” and understanding the bigger picture to deliver value. Phillippa revels taking a concept and seeing it through the delivery lifecycle to customer realisation. As the Capability Area Lead for Personal & Funds within ANZ, Phillippa creates and drives the Delivery strategy for this space. The heart of the strategy is on the “how” and seeks to connect to the “why and what” for our digital channels. When she’s not concentrating on all things Delivery, you can find her with her whanau sharing her passion for food, or outdoors making the most of the sunshine.
Head of Workforce, ANZ Technology & Organisational Psychologist
Marija is an Industrial Organisational Psychologist and the Head of Workforce for Technology at ANZ. Leveraging behavioural science in the workplace, Marija is responsible for ensuring ANZ has the right people, in the right place, at the right time, with the right skills for today and the future. Marija is responsible for driving transformational change and unlocking human potential across all layers of the organisation.
