Join DWC and presenters from the Digital Natives Academy during Techweek on the Empower: Te Haerenga/The Journey roadshow throughout Te Tai o Poutini raising awareness of digital technology and how it can revolutionise business.
With our world becoming more reliant on the internet and online interactions, it is important to think about how this change can potentially affect us. From the workplace to home and at school, the idea of existing in almost two different realities and the pressures they exert on us can be difficult to comprehend let alone manage. This workshop is designed to look at the pressures of the online world and how to understand and manage those pressures, in essence, how to look after your digital wellbeing.
Digital Natives Academy (DNA) Charitable Trust was established in 2014 to encourage young people and those wanting to enter the digital tech industry the power to create, transform, shape and develop their own digital tools.
DNA is an intergenerational centre of digital excellence, a place where curious young minds can find exceptional leaders along with state of the art digital tech. It is also a Sanctuary from an often cold, uncaring world where the outliers of society can find peace, a warm smile, friendship and shared passions.
