Join us for our free PoweringON workshop with Tauranga Business Chamber’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Laura Boucher!

Email marketing can be a very effective way to engage with your audience, but there is a fine line between effective emails and sending too many. This workshop will help you with your email marketing - why it's an effective tool, what makes good content, and how to use your database effectively.

This workshop is best suited for people who are new to the world of email marketing and want some top tips on how to do it effectively. Come armed with your questions and feel free to bring examples of what you're currently doing if you're open to discussing it!

About the presenter:

Laura Boucher is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Tauranga Business Chamber (formerly Tauranga Chamber of Commerce). A journalist by trade, Laura has spent a number of years working across various print and digital media, at both a national and regional level. She then made the move to public relations and communications, and has worked at both agency level and as an in-house Communications Advisor. As an ex-journalist, Laura brings a unique perspective to PR and Communications strategies.

A journalist by trade, she knows a good story when she sees one and enjoys helping our members tell their stories

After working for newspapers and magazines for many years, she ‘switched sides’ to work in public relations, internal communications, marketing and advertising before joining the Chamber. 

Outside the office, Laura is heavily involved in performing arts, both on stage and behind the scenes, and has found a recent love for boxing.
