Brooke Treadgold
Portfolio Lead – Data & Analytics, ANZ
A leader that is focused on enabling sustainable organisational change through challenging the status quo & implementing pragmatic solutions that improve the way we deliver value to our customers. As a Portfolio Lead in the Data Delivery team, Brooke leads & executes a number of data initiatives that aim to strategically change how we use data to guide continuous improvement. Outside of work Brooke loves to spend time with her friends & family.
Brooke has a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (Economics – Honours) and, Bachelor of Science (Psychology).
Andrew Mills
Head of Data Delivery – Data & Analytics, ANZ
A transformation & delivery lead, with experience at building large scale, high performing teams. As Head of Data Delivery, Andrew leads a team of over 100 people delivering key strategic data initiatives for ANZ. This includes transforming the Data Delivery teams, with a key focus on embedding a culture of collaboration & continuous improvement. Andrew is also a keen mountain biker and loves doing sports activities with his family. Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce and is also a certified Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
