Scaling up with international talent

If you’re a technology or service company struggling to find talent, this interactive online workshop is for you.

Join NZTE’s South Asian Trade Commissioner Ralph Hayes and a panel of tech CEOs, consultants and entrepreneurs from around the world as they look at the issues presented by the tech talent crunch, and how you can tackle them by recruiting on a global scale.

You’ll hear how other tech companies have secured international talent to scale at speed and successfully grow their business. You’ll also get first-hand advice on meeting the challenges recruiting internationally can bring – from finding the right people and navigating the regulatory environment to building a team that’s culturally aligned with your business, regardless of where they’re based.
