Michelle loves supporting tech startups and founders to achieve their growth goals, and is motivated by the tech sector’s ability to create highly-skilled jobs and global opportunities for New Zealanders.

Brooke Roberts is the co-founder, director and 3EO (co-CEO) of Sharesies and mother of two. Sharesies is an online investment platform with over 330,000 investors who’ve collectively invested over $1 billion. At Sharesies, their vision is to give someone with $5 the same investment opportunities as someone with $500,000. Brooke is passionate about creating equal opportunities and business being a force for good—she puts a lot of focus on making sure Sharesies has a positive impact on people, customers, communities, and the environment. Brooke was the co-winner of the 2020 Women of Influence- Business award, alongside co-founder, Sonya Williams.

The Ernst & Young – Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Sir Peter Blake Leader is the founder and Managing Director of Australasia’s largest medical staffing company, MedRecruit, which has featured in the Deloitte Fast 50 as the fastest growing service business in the country. He has used this platform to start the medical professional network, Medworld, which aims to be a useful collaboration engine to harness the collective intelligence of the medical profession. MedWorld has successfully lobbied the World Medical Association to include doctor well-being in the Declaration of Geneva, the modern-day Hippocratic Oath.

Highly motivated and driven, Miriana founded 1Centre as a result of supporting other businesses with setting up systems and processes in her spare time.
From the horse’s mouth “I just couldn’t quite figure out why opening accounts was so laboriously manual, repetitive and time consuming” – so she set out on a journey spanning over two years to interview as many suppliers and business consumers as she could, about what their experiences were like with opening trade accounts – as a result, 1Centre came to life.
With over 20years banking experience, a passion for making life easier for business (herself included), and a BBS in management and sales, she has all the right ingredients to roll her sleeves up and drive 1Centre forward.

Todd is the CEO/Founder Chameleon Creator. Previously Design Lead at Inspire Group where he organically built the product to remedy the challenges around creating hi-fidelity, fully responsive HTML5 learning content. Chameleon is now an award-winning product, built with cutting edge technology and catering for some of the biggest brands across the globe including ANZ, Coca Cola, 7eleven, Toyota and many more.

Toby is co-founder and CEO of Parkable, which he has now led for 6 years. He also sits on the board of Power Tech, a renewable energy engineering company.
Prior to Parkable, Toby founded two other startups, one in biofuel and the other in wind energy. After exiting these startups, he worked in venture capital as part of a team investing in early-stage technology companies, and then worked for 4 years at innovation agency Callaghan Innovation, most recently as manager of the R&D grants programme.
In his spare time, Toby relaxes with his family and takes fishing trips. During his timewith Parkable he has become more passionate about car parks (and mobility) than heever thought possible.
