In this session, you will hear from a range of government agencies about how they are using innovative digital tools to improve the ways government works with people wherever they are. These solutions have used a variety of methods to strengthen what they are doing for those who rely on their services. The approaches showcased include using new technologies, joining with other agencies and vendors differently, or simply reusing existing solutions in creative new ways. Each of the presentations will explore how they engaged with users to identify a key need and from that develop a solution to serve people in ways that work for them. Following the presentations will be a panel discussion from presenters, where we will explore the connections between their approaches to see what they have learnt, what is being iterated, and where are they headed now. The session will include an opportunity to engage in Q&A. Hosted by the Digital Public Service branch at the Department of Internal Affairs
