Barry has a 30 plus year career in tech locally and internationally. He grew a successful 40-person software and tech company with partners over 15 years in Wellington in the location intelligence sector (Critchlow) exiting 2007. Barry joined NZ Trade and Enterprise as their first Māori manager executing a new strategy to boost Māori companies globally through business development and investment.
He built a portfolio of twenty-five leading Māori tech exporters and Māori sector investors coalescing these into a new network. T3W launched recently to help connect Māori tech companies from regional centres to global markets. Barry has an MBA (Hons).

Matt is a passionate leader with a focus on building world class IT advisory and delivery capabilities in Tairāwhiti, Aotearoa New Zealand.
Matt has spent 25 years in IT, working across the world in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Hong Kong. He has worked in the public and private sectors in leadership roles, across multiple industries (Retail, Finance, Forestry, Agriculture, Airline/Travel). Along with his wife and daughter (Te Whānau-ā-Apanui, Waikato-Tainui) he has moved back to New Zealand and to Tairāwhiti to support the development of an IT sector in the region.
Matt was Head of IT Solutions for Cathay Pacific - Flight Operations Cargo and Engineering where he led a transformative program of work including introduction of the A350 to the Cathay fleet. Initially taking up the role of GM, Information and Technology at leading horticultural business LeaderBrand when arriving in Tairawhiti. Matt is now focused on building a world class IT delivery capability and currently engaged with clients in region, in Auckland and in the USA.
Matt is TOGAF and ITIL certified with a BSc. (Hons) in Information Systems.
