New Zealand has 20% of its population living overseas at any one time - one of the highest % of any country in the world. Kea has recently launched a report commissioned by MBIE, to understand the skills and experience of our offshore Kiwi and look at how they can help address the growing IT skills shortage. Kea Global Director of Government and Industry Saya Wahrlich and Seequent Chief People Officer Lisa Wall discuss the opportunities the report presents for New Zealand to think differently about a global workforce and the value hiring offshore Kiwi can bring to a business.
