An insightful business and technology leader focussed on implementing change to deliver real business outcomes, Richard enjoys taking innovation concepts and seeing them through to a commercial reality.  As ANZ’s Head of Digital Innovation, Richard shapes and executes ANZ’s technology innovation strategy and transformation change programmes across a number of ANZ domains including Institutional & Commercial business and Data & Payments but when he’s not thinking innovation you can find Richard paddling on the Waitematā, climbing or trekking – anywhere outdoors!

An Executive Council Board member for FinTechNZ, Richard holds a Bachelor of Physical Science and Post Graudate Diploma in Science from The University of Auckland together with an Master of Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School.

Brendan is passionate about technology and how it can help small businesses, and he has been involved in high growth businesses around the world throughout his career. Working with the SaaS tech ecosystem, advisory technology, and also banking technology, Brendan believes that the Fintech opportunity to help small businesses using data and AI is growing significantly. Originally from South Africa, Brendan spent 10 years in the UK and has made NZ his home since 2009.
