Nelson Tasman World of Tech

The Mahitahi Colab is coordinating the region’s activities for Tech Week 24, May 20-26, to discover, showcase and celebrate the world of tech right outside our backdoor.

We will welcome the region's leading tech providers, Nelson Tasman's dignitaries and leaders, alongside NMIT's IT students as we celebrate New Zealand Tech Week and their contribution to the region as we launch Nelson Tasman's World of Tech ecosystem.

Speakers include Nelson's SquareKicker founder Hannah Ippolito on finding herself as a tech start-up boss, Tech Beyond Gender's founder Meena Satishkumar on her latest research on gender dynamics in New Zealand, and to wrap up the evening, with a fresh eyes perspective, a NMIT IT student.
