For Techweek24, we want to open the door for organisations who might otherwise not have access to Business Analysis skills. To do that, we are hosting a workshop to share information with not for profit organisations on how to apply Business Analysis tools and techniques to solve the problems faced by their organisations.

We understand there are different issues not for profit organisations are faced with when trying to ensure the organisation runs smoothly and delivers the intended benefits to the community. Often, it's one or two people wearing many hats who are at the coal face for NFPs. For those people, it's likely there are a few things that keep you up at night.

This workshop is designed to support those people, the NFPs they work in, and the communities they provide value for by highlighting Business Analysis skills and techniques which can easily support the day-to-day running of the organisation.

The session will include various topics that may affect a non for profit organisation and how to solve for this by using the relevant Business Analysis tools and techniques. The workshop structure will be as follows:

Overview of Business Analysis;
Facilitated discussion with our Business Analysts to share information on tools and techniques focused on topics selected by attendees.
