Using AI for Operational Intelligence

Many businesses have poor visibility of their end-to-end business operations.

Information, processes, systems and functions are often siloed and not interconnected, which can result in poor service, lack of agility, lack of accountability, poor productivity, quality issues and inefficiency. Staff are often frustrated and create workarounds and are not fully engaged in value adding activities. This can have upstream or downstream implications, as the symptoms are treated but not the root cause addressed.

Often their operating models are based on 20th century paradigms, with leaders and manager are not able to access data and key information within their organisation in a timely manner to make informed decision or forecasts.

In this session we will show how AI is being utilized to address these issues to provide businesses with visibility of their end-to-end business operations and help identify and address the underlying issues to improve their productivity, customer experience and competitive advantage. In addition businesses are creating digital twins of their operations to enable them to run scenario analysis and improve their forecasting.
